Smarter Reception – Terms of Service

By using Smarter Reception’s AI receptionist services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Service Description

Smarter Reception provides AI-powered receptionist services that answer phone calls, provide information, book appointments, take messages, and follow up with leads based on the selected subscription plan.

2. Subscription & Billing

  • All services are billed on a monthly recurring subscription.
     

  • Payments are processed automatically through Stripe.
     

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
     

  • Prices are subject to change with advance notice.
     

3. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate business information (hours, services, pricing, policies).
     

  • Review demo calls before going live.
     

  • Inform Smarter Reception of any changes to services or hours.
     

  • Understand that AI responses are based only on the information provided.
     

4. AI Limitations

  • The AI receptionist is not human and may occasionally misunderstand calls.
     

  • Smarter Reception does not guarantee 100% accuracy.
     

  • Weekly optimization is performed to improve performance over time.
     

  • The AI does not provide legal, medical, or emergency advice.
     

5. No Emergency Handling

The AI receptionist is not designed for emergencies.
If a caller reports an emergency, the AI will instruct them to contact local emergency services.

6. Service Availability

  • Services (premium+) are generally available 24/7 unless affected by outages, maintenance, or third-party providers (phone carriers, Retell AI, Stripe).
     

  • Smarter Reception is not liable for downtime caused by third-party platforms.
     

7. Cancellation

Clients may cancel at any time according to the Cancellation Policy below.

8. Termination for Non-Payment

If payment fails or is not received:

  • Service may be paused or terminated
     

  • AI receptionist access may be disabled automatically
     

9. Liability Limitation

Smarter Reception is not responsible for:

  • Lost revenue
     

  • Missed opportunities
     

  • Incorrect information caused by inaccurate client input
     

  • Technical issues outside our control
     

10. Acceptance

By subscribing and paying, the client agrees to these terms.
