Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Free Trial / Demo

  • Demo calls are free.
     

  • Once the service goes live and billing begins, it is considered active service.
     

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may cancel their subscription at any time.
     

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
     

  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
     

3. Refund Policy

  • No refunds are provided after service activation.
     

  • Setup time, customization, and AI usage costs are non-refundable.
     

  • Exceptions may be made only at Smarter Reception’s discretion.
     

4. Non-Payment

  • If a payment fails or a charge is disputed:
     

    • Service will be paused or terminated
       

    • AI phone numbers may be disconnected
